I am headed off to the Reds game tonight! I just wanted to post a preview this morning and yall will probably get a post tonight or tomorrow morning with my pictures from the game and report.
A little preview for the game:
Starting Pitchers: Luis Castillo (7-15 4.24 ERA) vs CY Young Award candidate Walker Beuhler (14-3 2.32 ERA) This will be a fun matchup at pitcher. Though Castillo’s stats aren’t great, he has been on fire lately, so it will probably be close through 6 or 7 innings.
We won’t have the starting lineups until right before the game, so I will post the stats for each player once the game is over on my report.
I will also be podcasting from the game which will be really cool! That episode will come out Monday.
The score may be a little *ahem* steep in the Dodgers favor because the Dodgers are a literal all-star team. Every player in their starting lineup is at least a 1 time all-star. Hopefully Nick Castellanos and company can take down the NL All-Stars. GO REDS!
